| What are the restrictions about the goods stored in BOXROOM+ ? |
| |
BOXROOM+ storage will not accept to store the items which are against to the national laws, regulations, rules and regulations and other items against the security deposit.
They include, but are not limited to, flammable, explosive, fragile, radioactive, toxic, corrosive, dangerous goods, securities, cash, private letters, items prohibited to flow, and so on. |

| What is BOXROOM+ facilities’ business hour? |

Our facilities are open 7 days a week. Access hour is between 9:00 – 17:30. |

| What is BOXROOM+ facilities’ non-working days? |
| |
Our facilities’ non-working days are:
A.1 day vacation in 1st January;
B.8 days’ vacation in Chinese New Year;
C.1 day vacation on 1st May;
D.3 days vacation of the National day in Oct.
The facilities will not be open during the 13 days. And the appointments of all the services will not be acceptable during the above non-working days. |

| Booking is required before enjoying the services? |

Appointments should be made in most situations for the lead time of our operations.
Check the specific business for detailed requirement about appointment. |

| What is the soonest on-door service if I make a reservation ? |
| |
The soonest on-door service, for example ‘delivery’ & ‘picking-up’ and so on, will be done the next day of your reservation date. |

| What is the cut-off time of reservation everyday? |
| |
The reservations finished before 16:00, through our website and our Call Center, are considered to be the successful order of this day.
If any urgent order, please call our staff for special arrangement. |

| Will a customer's personal data be used publicly? |

The customer’s personal data will only be used for our business contact, business notice, operation purposes. BOXROOM+ will not share with, rent to or sell to any other parties the personal data of its customers.

| Do I have to offer my actual name when I register to be a customer? |
| |
The customer’s name will be printed in the contract.
On purposes of protecting the customer’s belongings and avoiding the falsely claim, the original contract and the customer’s ID will be asked to be shown if someone claim back the belongings or access. we will refuse to service if any wrong with the original contract and/or the name.
So please offer your actual name. |

| What will happen if the customer offered the incorrect contact & address information ? |

The customer’s contact & address information are very important for the business contact, business notice and on-door operation.
BOXROOM+ does not assume the responsibility of contact failure and/or the on-door service failure caused by the incorrect information. And BOXROOM+ keeps the right to charge the relevant cost if happened. |

| What will do if the customer’s relevant information has changed ? |

The customer should inform BOXROOM+ the changed information in advance.
BOXROOM+ does not assume the responsibility of contact failure and/or the on-door service failure caused by the incorrect information. And BOXROOM+ keeps the right to charge the relevant cost if happened. |

| Why I have to get the original business contract and how long shall I keep it ? |

The original business contract is very important for your rights .
Check the contract to confirm if the stamp of our facility is on it.
As the original contract will be required while your access and terminations of service, you should keep it until the service is closed and the settlement is made. |

| Any rates adjustment per year? |
| |
BOXROOM+ reserve the right to adjust the service rates.
However, the rates of the signed contract kept with no changes. |

| What will happen if any customer’s cancellation of the confirmed order without notice to BOXROOM+ in advance ? |

BOXROOM+ keeps the right to charge the relevant cost if happened. |
